Entrance Fee

Ticket prices for Wadi Mujib. One fee covers reserve access; check opening hours and the Adventure Center for activities.

How Much Does It Cost to Enter Wadi Mujib?

The entrance fee to Wadi Mujib Biosphere Reserve gives you access to the reserve for the day. Prices can vary by season (high vs. low) and sometimes by nationality (e.g. Jordanians vs. international visitors). There may be reduced rates for children, students, or groups. For the latest amounts and categories, check the official reserve website or contact them directly; we summarize how fees work here. Use the menu for an overview of the site and for opening hours and directions.

Your entrance ticket typically covers access to the general reserve and self-guided trails such as the Siq Trail and Ibex Trail. Guided canyoning may have an additional fee. After paying at the gate, you go to the Adventure Center to register for the Siq or other activities.

What the Entrance Fee Includes

In general, the entrance fee includes: access to the reserve for the day, use of the Siq Trail (when open) and the Ibex Trail, and usually a life jacket for the Siq. Lockers or changing facilities may be available at or near the Adventure Center. Canyoning and any equipment rental beyond the standard Siq gear may cost extra. Confirm on-site or with the official source when you book or arrive.

Opening times are separate from the fee: the reserve and trails operate within set opening hours. Arrive with enough time to pay, register at the Adventure Center, and complete your chosen activity. See the menu for directions and other practical pages.

Buying Tickets and When to Pay

You can often pay the entrance fee at the gate when you arrive. In peak season, booking in advance (where available) can secure your slot and save time. After paying, head to the Adventure Center to sign in for the Siq Trail or get information for the Ibex Trail and canyoning. We do not sell tickets; use the official reserve or trusted partners for purchase and current prices.

Fees can change. Always verify the current entrance fee and any extra charges for canyoning or rentals before you travel.
