What Is the Adventure Center?
The Adventure Center at Wadi Mujib is the main hub inside the reserve where you register for activities, collect life jackets for the Siq Trail, and get information about the Ibex Trail and canyoning. It is located near the entrance, after you have paid the entrance fee at the gate. Use the menu for context on the reserve and for how to get there.
Staff at the Adventure Center can tell you which trails are open that day, hand out life jackets for the Siq, and sometimes help with locker rental or changing facilities. Canyoning groups often meet here. The center operates within the reserve's opening hours.
What You Do at the Adventure Center
After paying your entrance fee, go to the Adventure Center to sign in for the Siq Trail. You will typically receive a life jacket (required for the Siq) and may get a brief safety reminder. For the Ibex Trail, you can get a map or directions. If you have booked canyoning, this is often where you meet your guide and collect any extra equipment. Arrive within opening hours so you have time to register and complete your activity.
Lockers or storage may be available for bags and valuables; ask at the center. Bring a change of clothes for after the Siq and secure water shoes.
Planning Your Visit
Pay the entrance fee at the gate, then go straight to the Adventure Center to register and get your life jacket for the Siq Trail. Allow time for this before the last entry for the Siq; opening hours may limit how late you can start. If you are doing the Ibex Trail only, you can still stop at the center for maps and current conditions. See the menu for directions and drive times.
